We’re casting a holiday commercial for a NY hospital and are looking for kids and young adults (around 8-20 years old) nationwide who have been diagnosed with a rare disease. This commercial follows the journey of these kids/young adults who come together to save the holidays. 
If selected, everyone is paid for their participation. Shoot day payment is $1,500 per day and an additional buyout payment $2,250 if they are cut into the final spot. Parents and young adults fill out this typeform completely to submit for consideration!
